Parking Pass Cancellations
Monthly parking accounts must be terminated by the authorized party, by issuing written notice of change to PCI Municipal Services, either by mail, email to a2parkingadmin@municipalparking.com or using the Contact us form.
Cancellations will be effective on the date indicated or upon receipt by PCI Municipal Services. Refunds may be processed after review of the account status and issued on a prorated basis in conjunction with the date of termination as determined by PCI Municipal Services.
Cancellations effective from the first day of the month to the 15th will receive a refund of half of the monthly parking access card rate for the current month. Effective dates thereafter will not receive a refund for the current month.
Returning the Access Card
For your convenience, we have multiple options for returning the card.
- In person at our Maynard office.
- Mail to 324 Maynard Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
- By giving it to one of our cashiers upon exiting for the last time.
