Hello Art Fair Vendors,

We are excited you will be joining us at this year’s Art Fair Event!  Parking for this event, can be a little hectic as it draws close to half a million attendees over the three day span.  Our team is in place to help provide an easy and cost effective choice for parking during this week.

There are two ways to park during the Art Fair Event:

  • Hourly & Event Rate Parking
    • Monday (15th) through Wednesday (17th) – Hourly Parking in Structures $1.50/hour.
    • Thursday (18th) through Saturday (20th) – Event Rate Parking in Structures and Open Lots $20/entry
    • Sunday (21st) Parking is free however, must be out by 4am Monday (22nd) in order to avoid additional charges.

Art Fair Parking Vendor Application

**Reservations are first come, first served.  Don’t wait to fill out your application!**

Parking Timeline

  1. Parking Applications Accepted – May 1st through July 12th
    • We are accepting applications from May 1st to July 12th on a first come, first served basis.
  2. Approval and Confirmation – July 1st through July 15th
    • Administration team will approve or deny parking requests and email out invoices to collect payment online.
    • Once payment is received, the team will email your confirmation and parking details.
  3. Parking Contract Begins – Monday, July 15th
    • Parkers will park in the Art Fair designated area (structure/open lot) or specific space (metered) as outlined in their parking confirmation details.
  4. Parking contract Ends –  Sunday, July 21st
    • Parkers must be out of your space by 3am Sunday (21st) morning.
    • If you received a physical pass, please return the pass by July 31st to the address below
