Hello Art Fair Vendors,
We are excited you will be joining us at this year’s Art Fair Event! Parking for this event, can be a little hectic as it draws close to half a million attendees over the three day span. Our team is in place to help provide an easy and cost effective choice for parking during this week.
There are two ways to park during the Art Fair Event:
- Hourly & Event Rate Parking
- Monday (13th) through Wednesday (15th) – Hourly Parking in Structures $1.80/hour.
- Thursday (16th) through Saturday (18th) – Event Rate Parking in Structures and Open Lots $20/entry
- Sunday (19th) parking is free. Parkers must leave sometime on Sunday to avoid any additional charges.
- $100 Pre-purchased Art Fair Pass
- Offered at the certain structures and metered streets throughout downtown Ann Arbor
- Parking available for the whole week: Monday (13th) at 6:00am through Sunday (19th) at 3:00am
- One flat fee – parkers are able to park and leave at any time during the week.
- Must complete a parking application (below) and pay before arrival.

Parking Timeline
- Parking Applications Accepted – May 1st through July 17th
- We are accepting applications from May 1st to July 17th.
- Approval and Confirmation – July 1st through July 17th
- Applications will be processed in the order received starting July 1st.
- Approved vendors will receive a notification email including a payment link to process your credit card online.
- Once payment is received, the team will email your confirmation and parking details.
- Weekly Parking Pass Begins – Monday, July 13th
- Vendors approved for structure parking will park using their printed or virtual barcode pass in their assigned structure within the Art Fair designated areas.
- Vendors approved for metered parking will park in their assigned spaces as outlined in their parking confirmation details.
- Parking contract Ends – Sunday, July 19th
- Art Fair Vendor Parking Pass will stop working Sunday, July 19th at 3:00am; however, parking on Sundays is free.
- All parkers not wishing to pay the posted hourly rate, must exit the structure on Sunday to avoid any additional fees.
