If you’ve paid for a lost ticket and later find your original, we’ve made it quick and easy to request a refund. Simply complete the form below and upload clear photos of both your original parking ticket and your payment receipt.

Once submitted, a member of our team will review your information and forward it to our corporate office for processing. If your refund is approved, a check will be mailed to the address you provide.

Please note: The refund will cover the lost ticket charge, minus any applicable parking fees.
